This is achieved through an ever-increasing fleet of vehicles supported by an exclusive network of couriers who have been individually selected and trained in all aspects of the service we expect, on our customers’ behalf.
Live Vehicle Tracking
To ensure control of the delivery process all Prism vehicles are fitted with satellite navigation and vehicle tracking. Real time tracking can be provided on all deliveries to enable engineers to maximize their efficiency. This enables delays through traffic and road incidents to be recognised so that diversions can be made. Prism makes every effort to ensure delays are kept to a minimum and that you, the customer, are always informed.
Prism’s revolutionary approach to delivery costs was designed to combat the punitive costs of third party couriers. Therefore we only charge ‘PER DROP’ ensuring a single charge applies to one or multiple cabinet orders. Prism has always adopted the policy that where we cannot support through our own network of vehicles, third party courier charges are passed on at cost. By operating a hub in Glasgow, we have taken steps to minimise costs in more remote regions.

Standard products returned by the customer having been wrongly ordered are subject to a restocking charge of 30% of the price of the goods unless overriding terms and conditions apply. Carriage and special orders are not refundable.
Prism maintains a specialised team of support engineers to assist in the installation of all our products. Where time restrictions operate, our team works hand in hand with partners to ensure the tightest of deadlines are met.
Prism run frequent training sessions on the build of our products free of charge. We have also designed slideshow and video demonstrations to assist in foreign and remote locations where the level of expertise is variable.
