Prism Rapid Blank System

Made from lightweight non flammable (fire rated to UL94-V0) material, the Rapid Blank system can be installed without any tools and in any 19” rack. The blanking panels are supplied in sheets of 27 U with air tight perforations at every 1U. This unique design means that any size space from 1 to 27U can be filled in seconds with the tool free rivets.

Blanking panels eliminate the unrestricted recirculation of hot air which contributes to excessive hardware temperatures and equipment failure.

By installing Prism rapid blanking panels, conditioned air is optimally used for cooling data centre hardware. Green IT solutions do not have to be expensive or complex to reap large savings in energy costs and hardware life.
